Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t personally source items, as this is just a fun hobby I do alongside my full-time job. I love sharing pieces that I personally like, but I don’t have the time to track down specific items, sourcing is actually a whole job in itself, and there are people who are paid specifically to do that.

Most of the items you’re looking for are already linked on this site. If you see an item in a certain colour that you like, there’s a good chance it comes in multiple colours. Simply click on the item, and you’ll usually find other colour options available for you to choose from.


I personally always go for a EU40. I’m normally a UK 6, which technically translates to a EU39, but I’ve found that with many items — especially those from Chinese sizing charts, a EU40 fits me best.

Sizing can vary depending on the brand or manufacturer, so my tip is to go up one EU size for a more comfortable fit, especially if you’re in between sizes or unsure.


Shipping times can vary for everyone, so it’s hard for me to give an exact estimate.

Personally, my orders usually take 2–6 weeks to arrive. However, on the app, you’ll see an estimated delivery date before you purchase, and this is usually a pretty accurate reflection of how long it will take for your order to arrive.

Just because one of my items arrived in 2 weeks doesn’t mean yours will be the same, as delivery times depend on many factors like location, shipping method, and the seller. I recommend checking the app’s estimate, as that will give you the most reliable timeline for your order.


If you need to return an item or request a refund, you can do this directly through the app or website:

  1. Go to “Account” → “Orders”.
     
  2. Tap the “Return/Refund” button to start the process.
     

I recommend reaching out to the seller first, most are happy to work with you to fix the issue. Often, they will offer a replacement item, refund, or partial refund.

If you can’t come to a resolution, you can then dispute the order through the app, or as a last resort, contact your bank.

Please keep in mind:

  • I simply share what I personally buy and love, I do not control what is sent out to you.
     
  • Quality can be subjective. What I find to be great quality for the price may not meet your expectations.
     
  • All purchases are made at your own discretion.
     


If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what I recommend:

  1. Check the estimated delivery date
     
    • Make sure the estimated delivery date shown on the app has already passed, as some orders can take a little longer to arrive.
       

  1. Contact the seller
     
    • Reach out to the seller through the app first — many are willing to help and can provide updates or solutions.
       

  1. Contact DHG support
     
    • If the seller doesn’t respond or can’t resolve the issue, contact the DHG support team directly through the app.
       

  1. Last resort — contact your bank
     
    • If all else fails, you can reach out to your bank to raise a dispute and request a refund.
       


  • Anything I share on my story is always linked on my website. If you see something you like, just head over to my site, it will be there!
     


If an item shows as unavailable, it means the link has not been updated, and unfortunately, I don’t have another one to share.

I’ve been working with trusted sellers for over 4 years, and I only share links from:

  • Sellers I personally buy from, or
     
  • Sellers I know and trust.
     

Even if I come across another link, I won’t share it unless I’m confident in the seller’s reputation and the item’s quality. This is to protect you from:

  • Receiving poor-quality items, or
     
  • Being scammed by unreliable sellers.
